Quantum Computing

We’ve always seen the computer as digital. This means that data can be translated by the computer as 1 and 0. This would be called “digital computing.” Quantum computing, on the other hand, is completely and totally different. It’s very difficult to explain, but it is a sound idea. It also follows a different system. Instead of using bits, it uses qubits. To understand further, the following video shows an animated explanation of what Quantum Computing is.

Also, this infographic from the University of Cambridge can help too if you’re confused:

I’ve always found Quantum Physics to be so interesting. I mean, I’m terrible in Physics, but I love the theories and ideas of it. Plus, these interesting things just stick. The math gets really complicated, but the logic behind it somewhat sticks. It’s frustrating and amazing at the same time.
